Delete your Arkive account

To request deletion of your Arkive: Pet Companion account and associated data, email hello@arkive-app.com from the email address connected to your account.

Include in your request

Use the subject “Arkive account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What happens next

After verification, the account and data associated with it will be scheduled for deletion, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
